EY Four Futures
There are now no non-radical futures
A Workshop by EY

The Paris Agreement targets halving emissions worldwide by 2030. With just over six years to go, collective efforts and immediate action across public and private sectors are needed.

After creating a stir at COP28, we have brought our AI-powered, science-based, and highly immersive experience “EY Four Futures” to the Nordics and the SHE Conference in Oslo. Don't miss the opportunity to glimpse into the future and understand what today's children could face in 30 years based on the decisions we make today. Beyond the facts and numbers, visualizing what future generations could endure speaks to our emotions. You can find us in the Expo area, and the installation is open for everyone to visit, brought to you by EY Doberman and EY Sustainability. We believe sustainability is everyone’s business.

A team of experienced EY professionals will also, during the SHE Conference, host a workshop to provide insights on the path to a green and just transition for businesses. If you are planning, integrating, and making tangible progress on CSRD and other sustainability commitments, we are here to guide you to take the right actions. Let's explore radically different futures, each the outcome of the varied sustainability pathways available to businesses and policymakers today.

The hunt for diversity in boards

A Workshop by Aboard

Is your board of directors as good as it should be, or do you settle for “good enough”? We know that the majority of boards are not as diverse as it should be. How does this affect the board culture and how does it really impact the business?

At SHE Conference we invite both companies and potential board members for a live simulated recruitment process where we will put together a board based on the people

in the room. We will show you how we, based on a company`s challenges, define the requirements. What kind of competence, experience and personal qualities we consider, and how we put together a value-creating board of directors.

Diversity is about more than gender. Let us show you what`s important

Speakers:

Ida Melbye-Larsen// Managing Director, Co-founder and Partner at Aboard

Ben Christensen // Co-founder and Partner at Aboard
