We will then listen to your ideas and perspectives on how the future workplace should be designed and what demands we should place on leadership, to maximize the benefits of hybrid working and boost diversity and inclusion

Welcome to participate in our workshop about unconscious bias that we run together with Allbright.  

 

The aim of the workshop is to learn how to identify and counteract hidden bias and stereotypes that will affect business decision, product development and innovation. The workshop participants are given the opportunity to discuss and identify stereotypes and challenges they face in their daily work and how this can be solved.
