HENRIETTE TRONDSEN
Equity Analyst at Arctic Securities
Henriette Trondsen is an equity analyst in Arctic, where she is responsible for the Technology, Media and Telecom sector. She was ranked second among Norwegian analysts in the Prospera-ranking in 2018.
Henriette is a board member in NFF (the Norwegian society of financial analysts), and in several voluntary committees in NFF. Before Arctic, she worked as an equity analyst in Fondsfinans and Nordea Markets.

CEO of Dr. Dropin
Dr. Daniel Sørli is a founder, physician, husband, father of four and former alpinist. After completing medical studies at the University of Oslo, he worked as a GP and emergency room physician for 4 years. He saw major challenges in the availability of doctors appointments in Norway, hence founded the company Dr.Dropin in 2017 with the startup factory Askeladden & Co. Sørli works as manager and physician in Dr.Dropin, currently operating 8 clinics and close to 80 doctors. Dr.Dropin provides patients with both physical and digital medical appointments at a fixed low cost, with long opening hours

Thina Margrethe Saltvedt works as a senior advisor in the Department of Sustainable Finance and is a member of the Climate and Environment Minister's Climate Council. Prior to this she worked for ten years as chief analyst for macro / oil in Nordea Markets. Before joining Nordea, she worked at Norges Bank in the area of Financial Stability. Thina holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), UK.

Kristin Skaug is the CEO of AksjeNorge, a non-commercial foundation. She has more than 20 years of experience from the financial industry as a trader and an investment advisor. She’s passionate about making people understand savings in equities, enabling normal people to invest and take part of the value creation that we all are a part of. Sustainable investments are also an affection, and last year she finished an Executive Master Program in Green Growth at BI.

Petter Buer Hermansen is Head of Nordea Funds, Norwegian Branch on the sixth year. Petter is a board member in VFF (Verdipapirfondenes forening) and was the youngest Bank manager in Norway at the age of 27. This was in DnB heading up SAGA Investeringssenter in Oslo. He also had other senior positions in DnB Asset Management during his six years in DnB. After two years of being Chief Sales Manager in First Securities Petter was appointed the role as Head of Asset Sales & Investment Products in Nordea Markets before he took on the current role as head of Nordea Funds in Norway.

Camilla has over 25 years of experience as a Serial Entrepreneur, Investor and Business Angel. She has experience in the media- and technology industry, finance, real estate and in recent years within Fintech. Four years ago she was the first to offer Equity Crowdfunding in Norway through SparkUp, and is currently CEO in Privanet Norway with the platform AROUND.

Birgit has been a change agent for Next Generation & Sustainable Leadership in the maritime industry for more than a decade. She is the former Director of Nor-Shipping, Founder & SG of YoungShip International, and Project Manager Global Systems & Processes at Wilh.Wilhelmsen. She holds executive board roles in The Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue, RS Sea Rescue Academy, GreenStat and Bellona Foundation, and is the Working Chair of the Norwegian Organization for Electric Boats. She serve on the Executive Committee of Polytechnic Association (Norway) and the advisory boards of REV Ocean, SHE Community and Southern Africa Norway Association. She is also a popular speaker & moderator, having moderated a.o. President Barack Obama, several Norwegian Ministers and global corporate executives.

Martin Schütt holds a Master in Finance from NHH and was among E24's "Leadership Talents 2017". He jumped off a lightning career in McKinsey and started, together with five partners, the company factory Askeladden & Co in 2016. Together with their entrepreneurs they build adventures, which to date includes companies like Cutters, Dr.Dropin, Paint’n Sip, Squeeze, Verd Funeral and olio.

Nadia Martin Wiggen is Partner & chief oil and gas analyst at Pareto Securities. She has 10+ years of experience in commodities, spanning analysis (oil liquids, gas, power, coal, renewables, emissions, agriculture, metals and freight), origination (power, renewables and oil liquids) and trading (crude oil) from Morgan Stanley and Phibro. Previously at Rystad Energy, she was SVP and Head of the Markets Team (oil, gas, renewables). She was also product manager of Rystad Energy’s Oil Market Analytics service. Nadia holds an MSc degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She is active in recruitment and enjoys mentoring colleagues and students.

Linn is a lawyer and Head of Legal in Kameo, which is a company providing crowdlending from private investors to small and medium sized companies throughout Scandinavia. Through its Scandinavian platform, Kameo has since 2016 arranged loans for appr. 400 million kr in 180 projects, providing an average return to investors of 9,8%. Linn has background as business lawyer at Kluge law firm in Oslo, working mainly with bank&finance and corporate law. Rikke Eckhoff Høvding is CEO of the Norwegian Venture Capital Association (NVCA). She has previously been Head of Communications and Head of Department at Argentum Asset Management, Senior Advisor at Burson-Marsteller and Financial Journalist in London. She is a board member of Mediehuset Minerva AS. Eckhoff Høvding has a bachelor's degree in Politics and International Studies from Warwick University and a master's degree in Managment with Finance from the University of Bath.

CEO of Telenor Sweden
Kaaren Hilsen, born 1972, first joined Telenor in 2000, and she has since then held a number of senior positions across the Nordics, Asia and Eastern Europe. Most recently she was Chief Financial Officer in Telenor Sweden (2013-2017) and then served as Group CFO for Betsson AB for a short period of time, before returning as CEO of Telenor Sweden (in 2019). Prior to that, she has held the positions as CEO (2011-2013) and Chief Financial Officer (2009-2011) for Telenor Montenegro. Her previous experience also includes investor relations and business management roles in Telenor’s Asian operations in Thailand and Singapore.

AI Ethics Lead at Sopra Steria
Ben Gilburt leads Sopra Steria’s AI Ethics programme, researching the leading frameworks and standards for ethical AI to understand how they can be applied to businesses. Ben’s background is not actually in technology, but rather in acting and since working in technology for the past 7 years, bringing the two together to communicate the best academic research in a medium that anyone can understand. This took a much stronger direction towards the ethics of AI 3 years ago when Ben began studying Philosophy at university. We have since seen dramatic progress in this field of AI, including the publication of the ‘Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI’ from the European Commission’s ‘High-Level Expert Group’ on AI.

Everything from radio and TV presenter, guest at Oprah Winfrey twice and last time in great collaboration with Innovation Norway, blogged since 2004 and used social media for marketing for their business since social media came. She is currently the foundation of Digitalakademiet.no, which is a web school focusing on digital competence enhancement.

Lisa Karlsen is Head of Leveraged Finance in the Investment Banking division of Pareto Securities. She has been with Pareto for close to four years, previously having been with Nordea Investment Banking for close to ten years. She has been responsible for numerous debt capital market transactions, having raised close to EUR 2bn on various transactions since joining Pareto. Lisa has a MSc in Financial Economics from University of St Andrews and got her I.B. from the United World College of the Atlantic.

Marie Kristiansen has a rich film experience and brings an artist’s aesthetics and visual storytelling to all her work. Her artwork has been on display in galleries across the globe and in 2010 she made her first feature film EXTERIORS. Marie has since contributed to several TV-shows in Norway, most recently she directed the final season of "Young and Promising". The season was nominated as Best drama series of the year at “Gullruten” 2019 (Norwegian Emmy) and Marie was also nominated for Best Direction.

Writer and director
Vibeke Løkkeberg is a Norwegian film actress and director. She has appeared in 12 films from 1967 to 1991, known for Kamilla (1981), Åpenbaringen (1977) and Gazas tårer (2010). Her film Hud was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1987 Cannes Film Festival. She is also known for the novel "The Leopard”, which was her debut as a novelist in 1989. Her novels “Shadow of the Earth" (1995), "Purpur" (2001) were published in German, Dutch, Greek and Russian. Her most recent novel is "Allies" (2007), where she draws on dramatic events from her own life.
