CAMILLA SØRLI HAGEN

Leader of the  Advisory Board, SHE Community

Camilla works as a Marketing Manager in Pierre Robert Group. She is also one of the owners of Canica AS, a privately owned investment company. She is chair of the spa resort The Well, and has roles in many different organizations, including Canica, Jernia and Komplett, in addition to the political think tank Civita. She graduated from Kings College in London and UiO, in addition to executive programs at BI and Harvard. She is a champion of women's health, and is a Founding Member of Maverick Collective.  SHe also has central roles in SOS Children's Villages and Nexus Norway.

Partner in Startup Lab

Rolf is a partner in StartupLab, which is Scandinavia's largest tech incubator. Rolf is also an investor and entrepreneur, focussing on education and new technology. He has, among other things, invested in WeWantToKnow, an award-winning software that teaches children mathematics. Rolf has 12 years of experience from Opera Software as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, and helped take Opera from 12 to 750 employees and over 200 million active users.

Chair of Grieg Star Group

Elisabeth Grieg is co-owner of the Grieg Group and holds several positions and board positions within the Group.  She was the first female president of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association from 2008-2010, after several years of board appointments in the organization. In addition to the business tasks, Grieg is recognized for her strong social engagement through board positions in both SOS Children's Villages in Norway and the Grieg Foundation. Through her leadership, she works for sustainable business operations and contributes to the fight against climate change

Chairman, Nordic Impact

Anders is strongly driven by being a responsible member of the community he lives and works in. He has extensive international experience in commercializing technology, most recently in Enoro with smart energy solutions. Anders is strongly committed to women's rights to create their own future. He works with education for poor and disadvantaged girl children in India through Naandi, and with integration and diversity management through Seema. Anders is passionate about using exponential technology to create lasting and positive effects for people, businesses and society.

Founder, Fjong

Sigrun Syverud was creating the clothing rental platform Fjong in the fall of 2016, while she worked as a corporate finance advisor, and felt the need for wardrobe variation without spending too much money and storage space. Through her role in FJONG and her background, she has a lot of experience with startup funding, from both sides of the table. She is a graduate of economics from Humboldt University, Berlin, and a business economist with specialization in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics. Her passion is technology, and sustainable and smart business solutions that enhance people's lives.

Partner, Arkwright

Anders is a partner in Arkwright Consulting and is also a partner in the Arkwright X incubator, which he joined in early 2017. He has extensive experience as a strategic advisor in growth, reorganization and improvement programs for some of Scandinavia's largest companies. In addition to the consultancy life, Anders is an active startup investor as well as co-founder and chair of Spacemaker.AI, which has grown from 2 to 25+ employees in less than a year.

MARIT S. GOGSTAD
JURY LEADER

Head of Sandefjord Chamber of Commerce

Marit is a graduate economist from BI. She has worked with recruitment and management in the HR industry for many years. She is currently head of Sandefjord Chamber of Commerce, with approximately 400 member companies and many activities. The association has experienced strong growth and is one of the most active in the country with over 20 regular events a year. Marit has started several network groups and led the establishment of Sandefjord's first entrepreneurial house, Gründeriet. The business association is also behind the reputation project Think big, think about Sandefjord - which is the largest cooperation project in the city for many years.

Associate Director Strategy & Insight Cola European Partners Norway

Therèse is a member of the leadership team in Coca Cola European Partners Norway, and is a Strategic Advisor to the Country Director. She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology. Therèse has had several roles in the Coca Cola system, and has previously worked as a management consultant at Capgemini in Gothenburg, and as a trainee at Samsung in Seoul. She has been named to several lists of young leaders in Sweden and Norway.

Esben is a co-founder and Head of Arkwright X, which is a business incubator investing in promising tech startups. Arkwright X combines knowledge and competencies from management consulting with the know-how and expertise from seasoned entrepreneurs and founders from the Nordic startup scene. Esben has a background as strategic advisor and management consultant working with everything from large corporates to small startups. He has a Masters in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

With diverse experience from the financial services, telecom, technology and real estate industries, he advises managements on accounting, internal control and corporate governance related challenges. Anders is passionate about working with people and enjoys building lasting relationships.

Anniken has worked as a strategic branding, design and communication advisor for many of the biggest brands and companies throughout the Nordic region for many years, and is a sought-after lecturer and speaker. She has a Master of International Marketing Management in 1994 from The Norwegian Business School in Norway, École Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble in France, and the City University Business School in London (CASS). In 2012, She co-founded 657 Oslo; Norway's largest co-working space for the creative industries, housing almost 250 people from over 100 different companies. She has also founded the creative agency Superblaise within 657, Untold Insight and Sprinter Wing.
