Outdoor at Aker Brygge
🌟Opening of SHE Conference 2026
Through a ceremonial opening led by the Signal Corps, we move from anticipation to momentum — creating a shared moment that brings energy, presence and purpose into the room. This is more than an opening — it is a call to attention. A reminder that the challenges we face are real, interconnected and require action.
Welcome Address
Following the opening, the Mayor of Oslo takes the stage to welcome participants and frame the importance of leadership, collaboration and progress in today’s world.

Why it matters
The opening sets the direction for the day ahead.
It connects the conference theme — Recode the Future – Create Change — with the world we are operating in today: a world defined by change, complexity and opportunity.
From this moment on, the focus is clear — not only to understand the future, but to take part in shaping it.
10:30-16:00
STAGE: CORA 1
Creating Change: Leadership, Sustainability & the Human Edge
The ability to see differently, understand complexity, and lead with clarity has never been more critical. The stage for big ideas and bold conversations — bringing together global perspectives, business insight and human leadership. This is where we challenge assumptions, unpack the forces shaping the world today, and explore what it truly takes to create change.

-
How to See the World from a Different Perspective
Speakers: Andreas Graf & Tom-Erik Heimen,
What if the biggest barrier to progress is not what we do — but how we see?
In this opening session, Anders Graf and Tom Erik Heimen challenge conventional thinking and invite the audience to rethink how they interpret the world around them. By shifting perspective, leaders unlock new ways of thinking, better decisions, and stronger outcomes. This is a powerful reminder that to recode the future, we must first recode our mindset.
-
Navigating the New Reality
Panel Conversation: In a world where health, capital, climate, technology and security are deeply interconnected, disruption in one system quickly impacts all others. This session explores how leaders can navigate geopolitical shifts, AI risk, societal polarization and growing security threats — while building trust, inclusion and resilience. Because in a complex world, the organisations that succeed will be those that combine system thinking with a strong human foundation.

-
Climate Leadership: From Pressure to Competitive Advantage
Host: Annam Chaudhry
Sustainability is no longer optional — it is a core business priority.
This session explores how organisations can move from ambition to action, and how climate leadership can drive innovation, resilience and long-term value creation.
The question is not whether you need to change — but how you lead that change.
-
Reclaiming Energy: How to Stay Human in a High-Performance World
In a high-performance environment, the focus is often on output — but long-term success depends on people. This session challenges how we think about performance, energy and well-being. How do we build organisations where people not only deliver results, but also sustain focus, engagement and motivation over time?
-
Human Leadership: Leading with Courage and Impact
The most radical act a leader can take today is to put people first — and prove that it drives better results. Inclusive leadership, trust and genuine engagement are no longer “nice to have”, but critical to resilience, innovation and long-term success. In this session, experienced leaders share real stories, lessons learned and practical insights on how to lead in complex environments — where expectations are rising, change is constant, and the stakes are higher than ever.
10:30-16:00
STAGE: CORA TWO
Shaping the Future: Capital, Technology & Competitive Advantage
In a world where industries are reshaped in real time, leaders must understand the systems that define stability, growth and risk. We explore how capital flows, geopolitical shifts and critical infrastructure — such as healthcare systems — are evolving under increasing pressure.
From investment decisions to societal resilience, the sessions provide insight into how organisations can navigate uncertainty and build stronger foundations for the future.
-
Power, Capital & Control: Investing in an Uncertain World

Global power is shifting — and capital follows.

This session explores how capital is moving across regions and industries, where risks are emerging, and how organisations can position themselves in an uncertain global landscape.
 -
Health Systems Under Pressure: Innovation, Preparedness & Resilience
Healthcare is no longer just a sector — it is critical infrastructure for both economies and societies. This session explores how innovation, technology and preparedness are reshaping health systems, and what it takes to build resilience in an increasingly complex world.
Shaping the Future: Capital, Technology & Competitive Advantage
While global forces create pressure, they also create opportunity.
From AI and the future of work to the transformation of real estate and access to capital, the sessions highlight how change is already creating new opportunities across industries.
Because the organisations that succeed are not those that wait — but those that act.
