🌟Opening of SHE Conference 2026 
Through a ceremonial opening led by the Signal Corps, we move from anticipation to momentum — creating a shared moment that brings energy, presence and purpose into the room. This is more than an opening — it is a call to attention. A reminder that the challenges we face are real, interconnected and require action.
 
Welcome Address
Following the opening, the Mayor of Oslo takes the stage to welcome participants and frame the importance of leadership, collaboration and progress in today’s world.

It connects the conference theme — Recode the Future – Create Change — with the world we are operating in today: a world defined by change, complexity and opportunity.

  In this opening session, Anders Graf and Tom Erik Heimen challenge conventional thinking and invite the audience to rethink how they interpret the world around them. Developed with the Norwegian Directorate of Health, it highlights concrete initiatives such as the Elderly Barometer, financing models for general practitioners, overdose prevention tools and maternity services.
